Kevin qualified as a Solicitor in 1993 and since then has worked exclusively in Claimant Personal Injury Litigation. Kevin graduated from Nottingham Trent University in Law before passing the Law Society Final Examinations at The College of Law, Chester. His professional career has involved working in major law firms in Nottingham, London and Southampton including 8 years as a Partner. He has represented a number of major trade unions and their members in respect of personal injury claims during his career. Kevin is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and is also a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel. His membership of the panel is now in excess of 10 years following his re accreditation in October 2009.His experience encompasses all types of Personal Injury Litigation including Road Traffic Accidents’ Employers Liability, Public Liability and Clinical Negligence.

Kevin lives in Bournemouth and now splits his football loyalty between the Cherries and Arsenal having recently relocated from London. He spends most weekends standing on the side of a pitch somewhere in Dorset watching his young son play various sports.
