Employment Lawyers Association (ELA) – a national membership
association. Our services include high quality training, commentary,
analysis and up-dates on employment law developments, representing
the interests of our members by responding to consultations
on new employment legislation.
Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) – Law Society Personal Injury
Panel – previously called the Law Society Regulation Board, we are the
independent regulatory body of the Law Society of England and Wales.
Our purpose is to protect the public by ensuring that solicitors meet
high standards and acting when risks are identified.
Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) - was established in 1990
by a group of lawyers working on behalf of personal injury victims and now
has over 5,000 members. We campaign for better laws to help people who
are injured or become ill through no fault of their own.
Simpkins & Co are members of a number of associations and professional bodies. As practising solicitors we are registered and licensed by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Steven is a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel and a Senior Litigator with the College of Personal Injury Litigation as well as a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
